Our 12million companies are collected from a wide variety of sources. We have fax numbers for about 70% of the firms. Like any group of names, changes take place--moves, area codes, etc. We update these names every month. A percent of the total is ALWAYS changing.

It's in your best interest and ours to have reliable numbers so  we work at keeping that list up to date. But there will be numbers that slip through that are not accurate. However, if they are not delivered you are not charged.

We charge you $15 on your credit card for the search that turns up the numbers you want. Since $40 is our minimum order, that amount is applied against your cost of faxing out to the selected list.

How we are different

We work ALMOST as hard as you at turning that contact into a live customer for you--more than just faxing pages out:

      1. We produce an Exception Report for you showing which names could NOT be reached and the reason. (Busy, operator intercept, no answer, etc.) We do not charge  for names that are not  delivered.

      2. We re-try to deliver your message to each number four times, five minutes apart. And we  re-try again in a second wave to pick up those that were not reached earlier. Eight total times.

     3.  We store the list securely in YOUR name  at no cost. It awaits your sending us a message to go out, and that message is distributed in minutes.

     4. We update your lists at no charge--add and delete names.

     5. We offer you--at no charge--a toll free number for your recipients who wish to be removed from your list.

     6 We will supply writing assistance for a nominal fee on your copy and headline.    

Once we have either a list that YOU already use or the list we develop for you in place all you do is fax or email what you want to go, and it will be out at the time you specify. We'll get back to you as soon as possible with the number of companies that fit your customer/client profile. When you decide on those that you want, we set up the broadcast fax program to reach them with YOUR message.

On pricing there are two charges. One  is the cost (use) of the names themselves. The second is the fax  delivery. Once you have the names in place you will be able to reach them at any time for only the cost of the fax broadcast. Pricing per page  ranges from  $0.10 a page for 5,000 or more  names to $0.23 a page in much smaller quantities, with a $40 minimum. 

Prices for list names range from $0.15 to $0.24 a name  depending on quantity. After 5,000 names you are at the lowest cost.

On your first order we will pay half the cost of faxing your first 1,000 names to show you the effectiveness of this promotional medium. Our repeat user clients tell us by using us that they are pleased with results.

We can supply you with the name or title of the person you have specified the company name and the phone number so you can follow up on the faxing if you wish..at no extra charge. We save your fax list until you wish to use it again..at no extra charge. And of course we send you the list.
