Toll free numbers are the best way to get your customers to call you. And ICI has teamed with Qwest to produce the lowest priced calling package in the toll free business.  Here's how it works.

You pay ONLY 4.9 cents a minute. That's the same price as our ICI Long Distance .  Your calls are charged in six-second increments  not rounded up to the next six-second or minute increment the way many carriers bill. You pay only for the time you use. 

Whatever you are selling--services or products--more people will call your toll free numbers--- 60% more-- than calls they pay for, all things being equal.  Toll free numbers can terminate at your office, home or a call center, each telling the caller you are anxious to talk with them.

To give you this selling advantage we check our computer to see if the number you want is available.  In a matter of days, your number is working, and you have a new business vehicle to print on your business cards and letterhead.   Even if you leave us for another carrier (inconceivable as it seems) you can take the number with you.

You have a $15 a month minimum. That is not a surcharge but the total volume of minutes that you use. By the way, national averages say that to reach your minimum, you'll probably average 52 calls a month or 12 calls a WEEK at six minutes average.

You will receive your usage invoice  showing all minutes, date, time and length of call. Since billing is ONLY for what you use, not rounded up, you'll see an immediate lowering of your costs.

ICI  charges a one time set-up fee of $4.95 to locate your number and do the paperwork that gets you into the national computers. You have 24x7 Customer Service in case you have any questions.

If you already have a toll free number, we will give you a Letter of Authorization page (LOA) enabling you to transfer it from your current carrier to ICI Long Distance/Toll Free. We pay any transfer charges.
